A Restorative and Healing Retreat for Women
As we re-enter into the world after a year of much upheaval and re-direction, this retreat will specifically support you in finding ways to slow down and listen intuitively to yourself amidst the noise in life, to connect with yourself intimately for self-love, and to connect with other women for our collective healing.

We live in a masculinized world which has told us we need to do more and rest less. And in actuality, when we rest and create sacred time for rest, we can bring balance to our individual and collective worlds to create more peace, love, and compassion. We can actually do more in times of stillness and time of rest than we do in those times of action and doing more.
Time in nature can be so healing and nourishing for our souls. I know for me when I take time out in nature, I feel refreshed and renewed. This 4-day/3-night retreat will be held on a beautifully serene site in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life to truly rest.
This will be an experience of deeply connecting with yourself, nature, and other women to awaken what has been asleep within. To access the divine feminine within you. To soften and heal the parts of yourself that have been forgotten or neglected. To take time to rest. To connect to your intuition. To awaken to the woman who were always meant to be.

Location: The Florrest
Nestled in 182 acres in central Georgia, 2 hours southeast of Atlanta at The Florrest Retreat Center. You will be surrounded by 182 acres of forest trees and divine nature. Accommodations are inside beautifully designed and decorated house domes that have beautiful natural light filling each room. Each guest will share a room and bathroom with another guest.
